With very few exceptions (e.g. people suffering from connective tissue illnesses), anybody can work with RolfYoga or Structural Integration.
The goals of the work have to of course be adapted to the individual circumstances, e.g. the client's age, and his or her needs, desires and abilities.
Some common topics these two approaches can address include:
|
musculoskeletal problems (e.g. neck/back pain, TMJ syndrom, a.o)
impaired mobility
injuries (e.g. whiplash)
psychological problems
improvement in appearance and posture
improvement of athletic performance
improvement of skills on stage in dancing or actlng
improvement of breath capacity and vocal range
enhancement of personal growth
|
|
Regardless of the reason, the process of RolfYoga or Structural Integration results in a feeling of fitness and wholeness. |
